Excavation below ground enabled construction of an underground cellar and storage room. The ground floor comprised new meals and separate dining area, kitchen, laundry and refurbishment of a separate dining room and guest bedroom. The upper storey extension was accessed via a polished hardwood staircase and balustrade and included two bedrooms, with separate storage rooms and built in robes, a bathroom and study. The entire house, including floorboards was repainted inside and out. Landscaping, a pool adjacent to the existing guest house and an arbour carport completed this project.
