Together, we ensure the final result not only aligns with, but also surpasses your vision and expectations.
Extensive experience building in our specific area
Since 1999, Kingcraft has completed over 200 individual projects throughout Melbourne and Victoria. From Period to Art Deco, through to modern minimalist, we create beautiful projects in any style. From bathrooms to outdoor entertainment spaces, from extensions to new homes, every project large or small carries the same underlying commitment to add value to the existing property.
We listen to our clients and treat every project as if it is our own.
In-house team of carpenters
Whilst many builders rely extensively on subcontractors, we boast an experienced and dedicated in-house team of skilled carpenters. This allows us greater control over the quality, timeline, and execution of the construction process. With our team’s expertise, we ensure a consistent standard of workmanship throughout the project, maintaining direct oversight and accountability at every step.

Discover some of our project highlights
Set amongst towering mountain ash on the site of the former landmark Boulter’s nursery in Olinda, this statement residence was designed by architects Lifeform to take full advantage of the landscape.
Our team created a seamless connection from the residence to the alfresco, pool, spa, and landscaping, enhancing the already remarkable property with a cohesive and harmonious design.
