OUR PROJECTS

Gruyere Cottage

Gruyere Cottage

This project was a continuation of the “Gruyere Main House”, creating a cottage as a guest house on residence.

The goal was to refresh the design, enhance comfort, and create a space that showcases the stunning views of the Yarra Valley.

With a deck encircling most of the building, the clients envisioned a welcoming area to enjoy warm summer evenings and breathtaking sunsets.

As you explore the 3D walkthrough, we recommend taking a moment on the deck, stepping through the main sliding door to take in the property’s incredible views.

OUR CLIENTS SAID:

We are raving fans of Kingcraft Architectural Builders. We cannot recommend more highly. Our project was on budget and on schedule, and our expectations on quality were exceeded at every turn.

It was a pleasure engaging with Mick, Chris, Connor, and Nick. They made us feel safe, smart, and part of the team. The communication was top notch, nothing was too much trouble, and the team were incredibly kind and solution focused as we bumbled along with ideas and variations.
